Rimmel Flash Eyeliner Pen
I wasn't looking for another liquid liner but I came across this and I was intrigued. I'm not really a fan of the eyeliner pens, I prefer liquid types but this was half off so I decided to try it.
It says that its a precision felt tip liquid liner. The tip of the pen is really pointy, allowing you to make a thin, precise line and gets you right into the lash line. You can also create thicker lines by building up or by using the side of the pen. The felt tip part of the pen is really flexible, making it easy to do your eyeliner in a single stroke, and its also super easy to do flicks and cat eyes with the pen.
The only bad things about this pen is that it smudges, super badly. I literally put this on, let it dry (even though its not really overly liquid) and I go to curl my eye lashes and the liner fades from the curlers touching it even though it was dry, so as soon as you have your mascara on you have to go over the liner again. Also if you touch your eye in any way while your wearing this, you're pretty much screwed. It will flake off. It also does that ugly transferring to your lid stamp effect if you're in a hot place, so this wouldn't be one for clubs or the like!
I do like this pen just because its so easy to work with, but I hate the fact that I'm constantly worrying if my eyeliner is still intact, so if you're like me and are a freak about not having any of your make up smudging and also hate re applying, you mightnt like this pen, because as I have discovered, no matter what I do to try and stop it, it will come off!
This eyeliner would be perfect if they just sorted that out! I got this for €3.50 because it was on promotion, not sure of the normal price. I'm not a hundred percent sure that I will buy this again, but when it runs out I will keep the pen to use for applying other liquid liners because it makes it so easy.
Thanks for reading and take care!
